Manage your money by phone

CUCall, our 24-hour telephone teller, lets you serve yourself “around-the-clock”—24/7. So let your fingers do the walking and the talking. Simply dial 449-7228 or 255-2100 on a touch-tone or cellular phone anytime, anywhere you happen to be. A small setup fee of $5.00. Perform some account transactions and get current information on all your accounts.

• Transfer funds between all your accounts 
• Transfer funds to accounts of other members (with their authorization) 
• Get up-to-date account balances
• Make loan payments from savings, deposit or checking accounts
• Verify that checks have cleared
• Verify deposits and loan payments  
• Request faxed account statements 
• Place stop payments on checks 
• Deactivate lost or stolen ATM cards .. and much more  

To activate:

Simply come in to our Member Services Section with a photo identification and request the service. Pay a small set-up fee of $5. CUCall is available to all members. It is secure and easy to use. All you need is a CUCall access code, a phone and your account number.
