RCCU has recently entered into an agreement with the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4Cs) for acquiring international credit and debit card transactions.  This simply means that anyone  with an international Visa or Mastercard credit or debit  card can get cash from any one  of RCCU’s four ATMs located at its offices in Roseau, at the Lindo Mart in Goodwill and at the Marigot Cooperative Credit Union Ltd.  Tourists, Dominicans visiting from overseas, other visitors, members and locals  can use this service 24/7.  All you  need is a valid credit or debit  card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
